Job Description
As a Production Line Worker, you'll help prepare fresh bread products for shipment by packaging, inspecting, and ensuring quality. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on maintaining cleanliness and accuracy in a team setting.
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Schedule: 1st shift, 2nd shift, 3rd shift available
Pay rate: $14hr + shift differential
Duties:
Operate and maintain packaging equipment for bread products
Inspect loaves for quality and consistency
Place bread into bags, trays, or boxes for shipping
Clean and organize trays, molds, and the packing area
Stack and transport finished product to staging/shipping areas
Follow safety, food handling, and GMP guidelines
Assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8–12 hours
Familiar with food safety and basic OSHA practices
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Able to follow instructions and work independently
Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and standing throughout the shift.
