Description:

Your new role and environment.

The UX/UI Designer will contribute to our digital team’s efforts in crafting intuitive, engaging, and accessible omni-channel user experiences across a diverse range of digital platforms supporting our 5 BeCSE brands. This role involves close collaboration not only with fellow Designers but also with Product Managers, Product Owners and Developers within Agile teams to deliver user-centered solutions across mobile applications, websites, and other digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities of your role.

Design high-quality, user-centered experiences for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms supporting our great local brands.

Translate user needs, business goals, and technical requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final visual designs.

Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams including Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders.

Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design across all digital experiences.

Conduct or support usability testing, research, and analysis to inform and validate design decisions.

Work with a design system and component libraries.

Continuously iterate and improve experiences based on data, feedback, and performance insights.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX, UI, and digital product design.

What’s in it for you?

We ask a lot. (We’re looking for the best, after all). But we offer a lot, too.

So, what do we have in store for you? We offer flexible hours and a hybrid working model, allowing you to work both from home and at the office. We provide competitive benefits to support health, well-being and your professional growth. This includes: a significant budget on benefit platform and a yearly bonus. At AD01 we welcome everyone, just the way you are, and encourage individual growth with valuable opportunities and a worldwide across-brand network.

Requirements.

We think you’ll be best geared for success if you can meet the following requirements:

3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work across mobile and web platforms.

Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma.

Strong grasp of UX principles, visual design, interaction design, and information architecture.

Experience designing within or contributing to design systems and component libraries.

Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and a commitment to inclusive design.

Comfortable working in Agile product teams alongside developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Ability to turn requirements and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Effective communication and collaboration skills; able to present and explain design decisions clearly.

Openness to feedback and iterative improvement based on data, testing, and team input.

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities across multiple projects or brands.

It goes without saying that so-called ‘soft skills’ are just as important as their ‘hard’ cousins. We highly value:

Experience working within a matrix-style structure with international teams

Provide hands-on, expert level technical assistance to developers

Be flexible, reliable and have a true hands-on mentality

Strong organizational skills

Team player; involves others, shares knowledge and seeks opportunities for cross functional working and collaboration

Creative; identifies solutions and selects the best combination of practices by taking an innovative approach to problem solving

Builds trust with colleagues, clients & vendors

Must be results oriented; demonstrates a “can-do” attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness

Adaptable to situations and different/multicultural environments

Excellent command of the English language both written & spoken
