Full Time – Exempt (Salary)

Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, E-Commerce to own the (Re)vive DTC channel end-to-end. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an experienced e-commerce operator with proven success driving growth on Shopify. You’ll be the single point of accountability for site performance—from merchandising and UX to traffic growth, CRM, and paid marketing.

You’ll start as an individual contributor with full ownership and build a roadmap for future team expansion as the channel scales. If you’re a data-driven strategist who can also execute with speed and creativity, this role is for you.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Shopify Site Ownership

Own the Shopify storefront experience—site navigation, homepage, collection curation, and PDP optimization.

Continuously improve site UX to maximize conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchase behavior.

Develop tagging and taxonomy strategies to support SEO and merchandising.

Growth & Performance Marketing

Own traffic and revenue growth goals for the DTC channel.

Develop and execute a paid acquisition strategy (Meta, Google, TikTok), leveraging agencies or contractors where needed.

Manage and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.

CRM & Retention Marketing

Own email and SMS marketing through Klaviyo (or similar platform).

Build lifecycle marketing programs, from welcome flows to post-purchase engagement.

Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to drive LTV.

Merchandising & Content Strategy

Define site merchandising strategy, curating collections and key placements under guidance from leadership.

Partner with Marketplace teams to ensure inventory mix aligns with demand and profitability goals.

Build content strategy for campaigns and seasonal pushes in collaboration with design resources.

Analytics & Optimization

Track and report on traffic, CVR, ASP, AOV, and GMV weekly.

Use data to inform testing and iterative improvements across UX, marketing, and merchandising.

Leverage SEO and SEM tactics to capture organic and paid demand.

Future Team & Process Building

Develop the roadmap for team structure and resource needs as the channel scales.

Partner with leadership to implement automation and tooling for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

6–8 years of e-commerce experience, with at least 3 years in a Shopify-driven DTC role.

Proven track record of owning traffic and revenue growth through both paid and organic channels.

Deep knowledge of fashion e-commerce; resale or 1-of-1 SKU management experience strongly preferred.

Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) and CRM platforms (Klaviyo or similar).

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and site merchandising best practices.

Highly analytical mindset with comfort using tools like GA4, Metabase, and Excel/Sheets.

Entrepreneurial operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Nice-to-Have

Experience working in resale and understanding of condition-based pricing and merchandising.

Exposure to influencer/affiliate strategies and performance partnerships.

Familiarity with A/B testing tools and CRO methodologies.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time, exempt position. This position is not eligible for overtime. Work hours are typically 40 hours a week, Monday thru Friday.
