Position Overview:
XOVR CNC Parts & Service is seeking a dependable and hardworking Shop Helper to support our team in organizing, packing, and managing installation materials for CNC machinery. This position plays a key role in ensuring our warehouse stays clean, stocked, and efficient. You’ll be involved in day-to-day shop operations including inventory management, preparing shipments, tool staging, and general upkeep of the shop.
Additionally, you will be responsible for processing customer orders of consumables and spare parts—this includes packing, shipping, and ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders to support our growing customer base.
Essential Job Functions:
Pack, label, and stage outgoing job boxes and install materials for field service and projects
Organize, prepare, and maintain installation materials and job-specific tools
Fulfill, pack, and ship customer orders for consumables and spare parts accurately and on time
Communicate with the team to ensure proper part availability and order accuracy
Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming parts and tools Perform physical inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and warehouse environment
Assist technicians and engineers with staging and cleaning tools or equipment
Help load/unload trucks and manage parts storage
Dispose of packaging, scrap, and shop waste
Perform light facility maintenance as needed
Mechanical experience is a plus!

Requirements
Prior experience in a shop, warehouse, or shipping/receiving role preferred
Familiarity with inventory software and shipping platforms (UPS/FedEx) is a plus
Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and part numbers
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Team player with good communication skills
Forklift experience a plus (training available)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
