Intravenous Therapist (IV Therapist)

Job Summary:

Liquivida is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled IV Therapist who brings both clinical expertise and social savvy to our growing wellness team. The ideal candidate is not only confident in administering IV therapies, but also comfortable in front of the cameracreating content, engaging on social platforms, and actively representing our brand's mission of preventative health and lifestyle wellness.

As an IV Therapist at Liquivida, youll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experiencefrom clinical consultation and infusion to lifestyle recommendations and product education. Youll work closely with the store manager and team to support the daily operations of the lounge while maintaining the highest standards in client care, compliance, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer IV drips and IM injections with clinical accuracy

Recommend IV drips and bloodwork services tailored to clients lifestyles

Educate clients on wellness services and promote membership packages

Create or participate in social media content (TikTok, Reels, behind-the-scenes)

Provide outstanding customer service and contribute to sales goals

Accurately document all procedures and maintain client records

Perform vitals, auscultate lung sounds, mix drips using sterile techniques

Insert, monitor, and remove IV catheters using aseptic technique

Ensure patient safety during infusions and document accordingly

Use Zenoti POS/EMR system for transactions and appointment management

Answer phones professionally, assist with bookings, and follow up with clients

Maintain lounge cleanliness, prepare displays, and support special events

Support inventory, product knowledge, and daily operational tasks

Proactively engage clients and drive word-of-mouth in the community

Attend scheduled meetings and complete side duties as assigned

Assist with guest recovery and provide support to management when needed

Suggest marketing ideas and contribute to in-store improvements

Qualifications:

Licensed RN in Texas (active and in good standing)

Minimum 1 year of IV therapy experience (Required)

Current BLS and ACLS certifications (Required)

Strong communication and sales skills

Comfortable on camera and familiar with creating short-form content

Social, approachable, and passionate about wellness and preventative care

Tech-friendly, organized, and detail-oriented

Able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic team environment

Retail or concierge wellness experience is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Base pay rate starting at $30.00 DOE

Expected hours: 6 24 per week
