WRJ Design is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Accounting Assistant to support the financial and administrative functions that help drive our studios day-to-day operations. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the accuracy and organization of our accounting processes while reflecting the professionalism and precision that define the WRJ brand.
The ideal candidate will contribute to a wide range of accounting tasks, including accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, vendor communications, and monthly billing. In addition, this position provides backup support to our front desk teamgreeting guests, answering phones, and assisting with administrative projects as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
A/R Accounts Receivable process, check receiving, entries, communication with clients/designers
A/P Account Payable: Assistance with payables.
Administrative expense and Purchase Order payment entries in Studio Designer.
Vendor credit/refund follow-up and account inquiries.
Filing paperwork.
Mail sorting and filing.
Assistance with accounting Email Management.
Bank Reconciliations.
Follow up with Employees on credit card expenses and client payment questions.
Assistance with monthly project time billing.
Backup support for and guest greeting.
Recycling monitoring and assistance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree in accounting, business, or a similar field.
At least one year of experience in an administrative role with the use of basic accounting skills.
Excellent Administrative skills
TECHNICAL SKILLS
MS Office suite -Excelexpertise preferred, Outlook, Word.
Experience with Studio Designer or QuickBooks is a plus.
COMPENSATION
This is a full-time, hourly position. Starting pay will be $24.04 an hour.
