Business Development Manager: Navy & Nuclear Forgings

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales of open-die forgings to the U.S. Navy and Nuclear markets. This is a remote position requiring frequent travel to customer sites, industry events, and the forging facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the U.S. Navy and Nuclear sectors.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including engineers, procurement officers, and program managers.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify new project opportunities, and stay ahead of competitor activities.

Collaborate with our engineering and operations teams to provide technical solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to final delivery.

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of success in the forging, steel, or heavy manufacturing industry.

In-depth knowledge of the U.S. Navy and Nuclear supply chains and procurement processes.

Technical understanding of open-die forgings and how they are used in critical applications.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Willingness and ability to travel frequently.Company Description
