Internal Medicine Specialist/Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Internal Medicine Specialist/Consultant to join a reputed healthcare group in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to adult patients, diagnosing and managing a wide range of internal diseases, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging

• Coordinate care with other specialists and healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

• Adhere to clinical protocols and regulatory standards

• Participate in continuous medical education and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• MBBS + MD/DNB in Internal Medicine from a recognized institution

• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification clinical experience

• Valid Oman license (OMSB/MOH/DHA) preferred or eligibility to obtain one

• Strong diagnostic skills and clinical judgment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Commitment to ethical medical practice and patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: OMR 2000–2300 (commensurate with experience)
