PEPL is seeking a Senior Global HR Administrator to support HR operations across approximately 20 international locations for a global client in the Insurtech industry.

This role is a fully remote 6–9 month contract (Full-Time, with potential for extension).

The Senior Global HR Administrator is an independent contributor role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented HR professional with global experience. The Administrator will handle international onboarding, HR data management, and reporting, ensuring consistent and compliant HR processes across global entities.

Key Responsibilities:

International Employment Contracts: Create, manage, and file employment contracts; collaborate with International Legal for custom terms or country-specific needs.

Global Onboarding & Orientation: Lead the onboarding process for international new hires, ensuring smooth and professional integration.

Benefits Administration: Coordinate international benefits enrollment and address employee inquiries.

HR Systems & Admin Updates: Maintain accurate records in systems such as D365, Rippling, organizational charts, and IT directories.

HRIS Administration & Reporting: Support and troubleshoot HRIS platforms; run and analyze HR reports as needed.

Employee Lifecycle Processes: Manage transactions related to promotions, salary changes, terminations, and organizational restructuring.

Referral Program Support: Track and process employee referral bonuses with proper approvals.

Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate effectively with senior leaders and internal partners across time zones.

Qualifications:

3–5+ years of HR experience in an international or global environment.

Proven ability to independently manage employment contracts and onboarding processes.

Familiarity with HRIS platforms (D365, Rippling preferred) and reporting tools.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive data.

Experience working with or reporting to senior-level professionals.

High level of discretion, organization, and proactive communication.

Must be able to start work by 8:00 AM EST to support global teams.
