PEPL is seeking a Senior Benefits Consultant for a client in the Atlanta area. The Senior Benefits Consultant is responsible for strategically developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's benefits programs. This role requires a deep understanding of benefits strategy with systems experience in UKG Pro and PlanSource. The Senior Benefits Consultant will collaborate with HR leadership and senior management to ensure benefits programs align with the company's goals and objectives. This will be a hybrid onsite role in the Atlanta office.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop communication strategies to educate employees about benefits programs.
Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and advisors to support the delivery of benefit programs.
Manage the budget for compensation and benefits programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
Analyze benefits data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for program enhancements.
Prepare and present reports on benefits metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
Manage the strategy and program design aligned with organizational goals.
Provide guidance on benefits communication and education to employees.
Lead and develop benefits team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Master's degree or HR certification preferred
Proven experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards program management, ideally with several years of leadership experience.
Familiarity with UKG Pro & PlanSource systems (required).
US and Canadian benefits oversight.
In depth knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
