Position: Technical Staff

Salary: Based on experience, USD $130,000 – $140,000

Job Overview:

The scope of work for technical staff is broad, and specific responsibilities depend on the industry and position requirements. Main duties include:

Software development

Network management

Database management

System architecture design

Security analysis

Data analysis

These responsibilities require skills in programming, problem-solving, project management, and team collaboration.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Technical Skills: Solid programming skills, proficiency in common programming languages and development tools. Relevant work experience or project experience preferred.

Professional Knowledge: Understanding of industry technical requirements and development trends, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and non-technical staff, explain technical issues, and provide solutions.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex technical issues, with innovative and creative thinking.

Teamwork: Ability to work proactively in a team environment and collaborate to achieve project goals.

English Proficiency: Good English reading and writing skills, especially for cross-border or international collaboration.
