Job Title: Dock Assembler/Shipping Clerk $18 an hour
Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic Dock Assemblers/Shipping Clerks for our facility located in Westerville. These roles are available on the first shift, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Join a dynamic team that is central to our expanding operations.
Responsibilities
Receive and process incoming shipments of foam and wood products on the dock.
Match orders for production and prepare materials for assembly.
Collaborate with a small team to unload trucks and prepare items for production.
Engage in repetitive tasks and ensure all parts are processed daily.
Operate an air-powered staple gun and utility knife for assembly tasks.Essential Skills
Attention to detail and ability to stay focused on tasks.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Stable work history and reliability.
Previous experience in warehouse or industrial settings preferred.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools.
Carpentry, woodworking, upholstery, or industrial sewing experience are a plus.
Material handling experience with previous exposure to foam or vinyl manufacturing.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
