Parts Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a professional with good communication skills and who is detailed oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accept customer phone calls and answer e-mails in a professional manner

Produce parts quotes for customer’s bases upon their machine type

Evaluate machine drawings for proper part identification

Pick Items accurately according to internal and external orders.

Enter data accurately into our ERP & CRM systems.

Receive & inspect packages from Domestic and international Vendors

Package and ship out packages to Domestic and international Customers.

Communicate with Field Service technicians and fulfill any items for service.

Enter orders provided by our Modification Department

Create RMAs for returning items

Requirements:

High School Diploma / GED

No Experience required.Company Description

We are the sole distributor of Dr. BOY injection molding machines in North America. Boy Machines has been supplying injection molding machine for over 50 years.
