Facility: Hotform, 7034 IL Rt 84, Savanna, IL 61074

Reporting Line: Production Supervisor Your Key Role Functions:

Adapt to setting and operating forging apparatus, implementing necessary changes effectively.

Perform competent inspections, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Conduct basic equipment repairs and adjustments as needed.

Use forklifts and cranes to manage raw materials with precision.

Accurately interpret product blueprints and utilize measurement apparatus.

Maintain thorough and accurate records consistently.

Practice cleanliness and foster an environment aligned with 5S expectations.

Rigidly adhere to industrial safety and quality guidelines.

Take on additional roles as necessary to support team success. Desirable Skills Include:

Past mechanical experience is a necessity, hobby or professional-based.

Proficient in understanding work instructions, both written and verbal.

Strong drive to work autonomously and complete tasks proactively.

Effective communication and relationship-building aptitude within teams.

Ability to read, understand, and apply technical blueprints.

Skillful use of computers and arithmetic capabilities. What We Require:

Completion of high school diploma or equivalent certification.

Previous work in manufacturing is highly desirable.
