About Us:

Protonex LLC, dba PNI Sensor based in Santa Rosa, Ca. seeks a Product Manager who will be responsible for managing our production processes, ensuring high-quality output, and improving production efficiency. We’re seeking an individual who is meticulous, process oriented with a desire to grow into a leadership role.

PNI Sensor is an engineering-driven sensor products company with products ranging from sensor components to high performance sensor modules for the Department of Defense. sold. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, proactive, accountable, loves a challenge, curious and a team player.Responsibilities:

· Manage and coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer demands.

· Ensures onsite machinery is in optimal working order so production can run smoothly.

· Coordinate and work with technical staff doing maintenance or repair work on production machines.

· Lead, train, and develop production/assembly staff.

· Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supply of raw materials and efficient use of resources.

· Troubleshoot production issues as needed.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

· Support reviewing and qualifying new product release to manufacturing.

· Work with engineering whenever needed to improve and optimize production processes.

· Work with engineering on root cause analysis of product failuresRequirements:

BS in Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 5 year work experience in high demand production lines.Skills:

· Effective manager of operators and assemblers

· Ability to create effective working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines

· Proficient in working with Microsoft office tools

· Proficient with ERP systems

· Versatile, flexible, and effectively manages constantly changing priorities

Salary Range:

Base salary of $70K - $80kWork Environment:

Manufacturing and office environmentMust be a US Citizen
