Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting various developmental projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assembler
Location: Ladysmith, WI
Pay Range: $15/hr
Shift: Days (06:30am-12:30pm)
What's the Job?
Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks in support of developmental requirements in pre-production projects.
Work from rough schematics, blueprints, and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components.
Conduct rework and quality testing as needed to ensure high standards are met.
Interact daily with peers and internal customers to exchange or present factual information.
Follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision to complete assignments.
What's Needed?
No prior experience is required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
