A well-established and respected Personal Injury law firm in the Galleria area is seeking a seasoned PI Paralegal to join their team. The firm handles a wide range of personal injury cases with a focus on serious injury and accident claims. Job Title: Personal Injury (PI) Paralegal

Location: Galleria Area, Houston, TX

Work Schedule: Hybrid ? 2 Work-from-Home Days (after a 90-dayprobationary period)

KeyDetails:

Must have 6+ years of PI experience

Must be able to manage a caseload of approximately 65 cases

Seeking someone who can ?jump in and hit the ground running?

Fast-paced environment ? must be detail-oriented, organized, and independent

Candidates must live within a reasonable commute to the Galleria area office

Compensation& Benefits:

Hybrid schedule ? 2 remote days per week after 90-day probationary period

Health insurance provided for the employee

Year-end performance bonus

Paid vacation:

2 weeks after 1 year

3 weeks after 5 years

Responsibilities:

Independently manage a docket of 65+ personal injury cases

Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, from case intake to trial prep

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence

Conduct legal research and collect supporting case evidence

Organize and summarize medical records, depositions, and case documents

Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Track deadlines and ensure timely filings with state and federal courts

Qualifications:

6+ consecutive years of experience as a plaintiff personal injury paralegal

Strong knowledge of Texas state and federal court procedures

Experience handling auto and 18-wheeler accident cases preferred

Must be highly organized and capable of working independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in managing fast-paced dockets with minimal supervision
