Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is partnering with a top-tier production facility in Ligonier, IN, and we're looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Fiberglass Laminators. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that values hard work, teamwork, and long-term growth.Schedule & Pay:

1st Shift: 5am - 1:15pm/6am - 2pm

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Overtime currently available!Job Summary – What You’ll Do:

As a Fiberglass Laminator, you’ll play a key role in building high-quality agricultural tanks. Your daily tasks will include:

Performing hand lay-up of fiberglass reinforcements

Cutting and installing manways, flanges, and top caps

Grinding and finishing tank components

Following quality control procedures and completing regulatory documentation

Keeping your work area clean and safe

Engaging in physical activity such as bending, twisting, squatting, and lifting (50–60 lbs) throughout the shiftQualifications – What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED required

Prior fiberglass experience is a must

Comfortable working with and around fiberglass materials

Able to read a tape measure accurately

Basic math skills and the ability to follow written instructions

Team player with a strong work ethic and a flexible mindset
