We’re looking for an experienced and detail-driven CMM Programmer to join our team in support of a valued local client.

In this critical role, you’ll take the lead in programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and 3D scanners to inspect complex components and assemblies.

Your expertise will help ensure every part meets exact engineering specifications and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities: Operate CMM and 3-D Scanner to ensure precision measurement of castings and machined partsRead and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T symbols to uphold strict quality standardsDevelop and execute CMM programs for automated inspection processesConduct first article inspections, in-process checks, and final inspections to guarantee dimensional accuracyGenerate and maintain detailed inspection reports, including PPAP documentationIdentify and report non-conformances, working closely with engineering and production teams to find solutionsSupport gauge calibration and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) activitiesKeep accurate records of measurement data and inspection resultsFollow safety protocols and company policies Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00a-2:00p (overtime as needed) #Manitowoc1 High School Diploma or HSED equivalentMinimum of 3 years of experience in a foundry, machining, or manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD modelsProficiency in CMM operation and 3-D Scanner usageFamiliarity with Hexagon or PC-DMISProblem-solving skills that tackle challenges head-on Email your Resume to for further considerationApply online at us at for more details.
