Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our operations team.

This person will play a key role in ensuring our pickles get from the farm to the fridge as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.

You’ll work across departments to forecast demand, manage inventory, analyze logistics performance, and optimize supply chain processes to support continued growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Analyze inventory levels and sales trends to forecast demand and minimize stockouts or overagesCollaborate with operations teams to improve supplier performance and reduce lead timesMonitor and report on key supply chain KPIs, including on-time delivery, transportation costs, and inventory turnoverIdentify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose actionable solutionsMaintain and enhance supply chain models, dashboards, and data reports using Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence toolsWork with 3PL partners to track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and optimize freight costsSupport the implementation of process improvements, system upgrades, or sustainability initiatives within the supply chainCommunicate clearly across departments (Sales, Finance, Operations) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of productsOptimize inventory strategies to support seasonal fluctuations and new product launches Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field2–4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Familiarity with ERP systems and demand planning softwareExcellent communication and organizational skillsA passion for process improvement and continuous learningFood & beverage or CPG industry experience is a plus Why Join Us?Opportunity to make an impact at a growing, fun-loving brandCollaborative and entrepreneurial team cultureCompetitive salary and benefits package To Apply: Send your resume and a brief note about why you’re the perfect fit for the role to .
