Job Summary The role involves providing administrative support to management, directing guests, managing company emails and the call centre, and maintaining a presentable reception area.

It also includes attending meetings and appointments on behalf of the managing director, maintaining office records, offering secretarial support to senior managers, ensuring proper office conditions, and providing logistics support for all staff.

EDUCATION BACKGROUND A bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in office management, business administration, secretarial studies, procurement and logistics, human resources, or related discipline experience, Skills 2 years of related job experience, good written and spoken English, computer skills are necessary, i.e, Microsoft Word and Excel, experience in a construction-related business is an added advantage.

Must not be above 25 years of age.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with visitors, answering phones, and preparing correspondence.

The ability to provide friendly, helpful, and efficient service is crucial.

Strong organizational and time management skills are needed to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is generally required.

The ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently is important.

The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential in this role.

Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance is important.
