Your Role:
As a Support Specialist, you'll assist Danish-speaking customers with refund inquiries and payment processing. Your mission? Deliver excellent support while keeping things efficient and smooth and don't worry, we'll train you!
What We're Looking For:
Danish fluency (C2/native) and strong English skills (C1)
A completed high school education
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
No previous experience needed full training provided
