Meratus Group is seeking forward-thinking Business Controllers to lead portfolio financial performance, optimize cost structures, and deliver data-driven insights that power sustainable growth. This pivotal role partners with business leaders, enabling smarter decisions through accuracy, analysis, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.

Ensure financial compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Drive performance analysis and support pricing, margin, and revenue strategies.

Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to deliver insights that elevate profitability.

Champion process improvement, digital transformation, and reporting accuracy.

Enforce internal controls, support audits, and guard against fraud and risk.

Align team culture with Meratus Groups values, promoting collaboration and innovation.

What You Bring

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters Preferred.

8-15 years' experience in financial management, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Strong command of data analytics, cost control, and revenue optimization.

Familiarity with tax, corporate law, and capital expenditure evaluation.

Proficiency in change management, business process improvement (P3W), and automation.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

Resilience in problem-solving, leadership, and navigating complex challenges.
