Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily accounting operations, including invoice processing, payment allocations, and document management. Key Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices in compliance with internal controls
Support the preparation and execution of bulk payments via the One Card system
Assist in processing and allocating bulk payments to government institutions
Allocate payments to the appropriate dealer and government accounts
Maintain an organised filing system for all financial and accounting documentation
Facilitate the retrieval of documents for audits, MRA inquiries, or internal use
Ensure accuracy and consistency in transaction records and reconciliations
Perform other related accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Academic Qualification: ACCA Level 1 or equivalent
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar accounting or finance role (preferred)
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and payment procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
Familiarity with accounting software will be an advantage
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
