Sales Representative

Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join their team! If you are passionate about delivering excellent service and enjoy working in a fast-paced showroom environment, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers upon arrival and identify their needs or purpose of visit.

Demonstrate excellent listening skills, responsiveness, and proactivity to ensure top-quality customer service.

Guide or accompany customers to desired areas in the showroom or provide clear directions.

Assist customers in locating products and provide accurate, relevant information on features and benefits.

Process customer payments efficiently (cash or internet banking).

Verify products before delivery to ensure accuracy.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the showroom in collaboration with custodial staff.

Liaise with the Showroom Manager to report training or operational needs.

Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure complete satisfaction.

Answer incoming calls and provide assistance as required.

Support visual merchandising and showroom display arrangements.

Check and respond to emails promptly throughout the day.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishments.

Perform administrative tasks, such as updating stock lists.

Ensure the store is always neat, tidy, and welcoming.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum Qualification: SC holder

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position.

Driving Licence: Mandatory. Owning a car will be an advantage.

Languages: Fluent in both English and French

Location Advantage: Candidates living in the North or within 45 minutes from Pamplemousses are preferred.

Working Hours:

Monday to Sunday-Shift-based:

9:00 AM 5:00 PM

11:00 AM 7:00 PM

12:00 PM 8:00 PM
