GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Marketing Coordinator is a support role for the marketing team intended to assist with design, events, communications, and internal projects. This role is a central point of coordination for marketing requests, ensuring projects are executed on time, on brand, and to specification. You will work closely with the marketing team, third-party vendors, and cross-department stakeholders to keep deliverables moving and maintain quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Facilitate marketing requests from intake to delivery, prioritizing and tracking across multiple projects.
Collaborate with the marketing team, third-party vendors, and broader NetCov team to ensure timely, accurate project completion.
Create, adapt, and repurpose marketing content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Use Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for light-to-moderate creative work.
Assist with webinar and event coordination, including scheduling, logistics, reminders, and follow-ups.
Maintain HubSpot hygiene update contact/company records, manage lists, and support email marketing workflows.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for drafting, formatting, and research.
Conduct light competitor analysis, SEO research, and campaign performance tracking.
Support email marketing build and send campaigns, QA content, and coordinate team approvals.
Manage light data entry, file organization, and quality assurance tasks.
Other duties as assigned.
SPECIFIC SKILLS:
At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, or related role.
Advanced PowerPoint capabilities with a polished, modern design aesthetic.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with an eye for branding consistency and layout detail.
Working knowledge of HubSpot for CRM upkeep, list management, and email workflows.
Awareness of SEO principles and ability to translate competitor or campaign insights into actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with AI tools for research, content drafting, and process efficiency.
Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, or Notion to track and deliver work efficiently.
SOFT SKILLS:
Clear, concise communicator in both written and spoken English, with experience adapting tone for different audiences.
Strong project coordination abilities with a knack for balancing priorities and keeping deliverables on schedule.
Skilled collaborator who can work fluidly with internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
Comfortable managing webinar/event logistics and anticipating operational needs
Highly organized, detail-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Good to have: Experience with the US IT industry or US client support
