Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, to offer management
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and headhunting
Stay informed on candidate availability, market trends, and salary benchmark
Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients
Ensure high-quality and timely delivery for each hiring project
Help candidates navigate their careers with honest, strategic advice

Consultant
(1-2 Years in Recruitment or HR)
Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level roles
Start building and managing client relationships
Deliver strong candidate experience and recruitment execution
Senior Consultant
(3+ Years in Executive Search or Recruitment)
Lead senior and executive-level searches
Own and grow client accounts independently
Mentor junior team members and contribute to business growth strategy
