Foreman

Foreman - Based in Mauritius

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead construction crews on site

Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans

Collaborate with Construction manager, site engineers and site managers

Interprete Blueprints, drawings and Project specifications

Train New workers and mentor less experienced crew members

Qualifications:

Diploma or relevant qualifications in Construction Management

10 years of experience as a construction foreman or similar supervisory role

Ideal to have a Building Trade Background

In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA Safety Regulations

Ability to read and interprete technical documents and blueprints

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Proficiency in MS project, Excel / Word and AutoCAD.

Working Conditions:

Full time on site at a construction project

Standard working hours with some overtime during critical project phases

Acceptance of the Accountability and Responsibility that comes with the position
