Scope of the Role:
Explore untapped business channels and partnerships to unlock new revenue streams
Build and sustain enduring relationships with clientsboth new and longstandingby understanding their needs and offering aligned services
Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue goals, while ensuring top-tier service delivery that drives loyalty and client referrals
Monitor shifts in the market, competitive movements, and industry developments to support planning and growth decisions
Present solutions persuasively, handle commercial negotiations with confidence, and maintain thorough documentation of client and prospect interactions
Submit regular insights, updates, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders
Ideal Profile:
Highly proficient in English (minimum C1), with polished communication skills in both speech and writing
Experience in client acquisition and retention within financial services, with proven success in the German or Canadian markets
Holds a university degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar fields
Has a solid grounding in Forex, and can provide verifiable evidence of managing an active portfolio with monthly net deposits of 100K150K or more
Deep product knowledge of financial solutions, allowing for tailored recommendations to clients
Effective negotiator with strong interpersonal and commercial instincts
Comfortable operating autonomously while being a collaborative contributor to team efforts
