Role Description

The Procurement Specialist supports the Data Centers vertical and reports to the North America Data Center Procurement Manager. This role applies cost reduction and strategic sourcing techniques to manage outgoing costs, build resilient supplier relationships, and address challenges such as logistics, labor, raw materials, and supply chain disruptions. Responsibilities include supplier onboarding, RFQ management, contract negotiation, cost savings initiatives, quality issue resolution, and coordination with multiple departments to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement operations.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience interacting directly with suppliers

Experience working with contracts and negotiation

Analytical mindset

Advanced Excel skills

Experience with SAP (preferred)

Engineering background (preferred)
