The Data Management Analyst supports the operations of the Hematology Tissue Bank by managing, maintaining, and analyzing critical data associated with tissue collection, processing, storage, and distribution. This role ensures data accuracy, regulatory compliance, best practices, clinical annotations, and quality assurance with a clinical research focus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences, Health Informatics, Data Science, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in data management, preferably in a biobanking, tissue repository, or clinical research setting.
Experience with LIMS, REDCap, or equivalent systems.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, Tableau) is a plus.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Knowledge of medical terminology, histopathology, hematology and biospecimen handling.
Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
