Paralegal
You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. We are looking for someone that is energetic and looking to grow as our law firm expands. You will enjoy a friendly and challenging work environment. We value our employees, and we want them to succeed with us.

Client communication
Preparation of Legal Documents, i.e. Deposition Notices, Subpoenas, Discovery Responses, Demand Letters, etc.
File Organization
Discovery and case coordination
Litigation Support
Trial Preparation Support

We envision the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and be able to handle the following qualifications:
Previous experience as a legal secretary or legal assistant required
Comfortable and Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
Proficiency with legal filing, service of documents, legal calendaring
Base knowledge of California Procedure
Organized
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
