We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee Data Centre Network Services for our key customers. You will be responsible for service delivery, coordination with technical teams, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise operations of data centre network services
Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams
Ensure SLA compliance and provide regular service reporting
Identify and drive service improvement opportunities
Oversee incident, change, and problem management processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT service management (preferably in networking or data centre environments)
Good knowledge of the ITIL framework
Strong communication and organizational skills
