Role Description
The Gate Pass Coordinator is responsible for managing the complete gate pass process, including the online application, tracking, and documentation. This role involves organising and issuing gate passes from RLIC, Mesaieed-MIC, Dukhan, and Doha city-based offices, ensuring timely distribution to the contractor workforce. The coordinator will also maintain close communication with drivers and other Gate Pass team members to ensure efficient access control and compliance with site requirements.
Principle Accountabilities:
Processing of gate Pass documentation.
Online application and tracking of the pass process.
Distribution of gate passes to the contractor workforce.
Close coordination with current drivers and the Gate Pass coordinator.
Communication & Transparency – Provide regular updates on the status of gatepasses.
Documentation Sharing – Share copies of collected gatepasses with the SC, CSC, or CSM.
Responsiveness – Promptly inform the SC of any missing gatepass requirements.Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Experience in Qatar with a similar role.
Must have experience on the work sites mentioned.
Good IT skills.
