Your future team:
You will become part of HR Admin & Payroll, which consists of 7 skilled colleagues. As we operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks, collaboration is highly valued in our team.
You will be an important part of our team, where you play a key role in managing payroll for around 1100 employees, both hourly workers and salaried employees. Recently, we have implemented a new payroll system to become more efficient. Additionally, we use SAP and Workday as our primary HR management systems.
What you will be doing:
Calculate and process payroll for hourly workers and salaried employees
Reconciliation of salary, e-income and time records
Ensure that payroll processes and procedures are in accordance with legislation and collective agreements
Administration of pension plan, health insurance, bonus programs and absence
Reporting payroll statistics
Seek reimbursement of wages paid in connection with sickness and maternity
Respond to inquiries from employees and managers in relation to salary and employment matters
Various ad hoc tasks
What you bring:
We are imaging that you have the following experience to be a successful Payroll assistant in our team:
5+ years of handling payroll and preferably from a similar role within payroll
Your projects are delivered in a structured and accurate manner and your record of being dependable and deliver quality are proven many times
Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English and Danish
You are positive and curious when new projects are offered to you
Excellent IT skills and if you already have knowledge of working in SAP and Workday it would be perfect
Experience with payroll processing for the Nordic countries is an advantage
