Job Role and Responsibilities:

As DRI for distribution channel return material authorization (RMA) process:

ensure frictionless handling of returns from start to finish

adopt a strategic approach on the assigned functional process area

look for opportunities to drive process excellence, i.e. efficiency (cycle time) and effectiveness (0% processing errors)

work with the lead & manager to execute on process enhancements

Build data-driven metrics and track performance improvements over time

Ensure RMA credits are followed through to completion and distribution partners are given detailed status by the end of the cycle

Develop strong relationship with the QA team, warehouse team and distribution partners to ensure seamless resolution of issues

Review and update documentation annually to keep as current as possible (internal training document + distributor packet)

Minimum Requirements:

BA degree in Finance/Accounting

Strong Excel skills and data analysis

Detail-oriented and organized, able to multi-task with minimal supervision

Strong written and verbal communication skills

SAP S4/HANA experience preferred

Willing to relocate to Bonifacio Global City office on hybrid set-up
