Job Summary:

We are hiring an ICU RMO to provide round-the-clock medical care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, coordinate with consultants, and ensure timely clinical interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor ICU patients and manage critical care protocols

Attend medical emergencies and provide immediate treatment

Coordinate with intensivists and specialists as required

Document all clinical activities, vitals, and updates accurately

Supervise nursing care and ensure proper medication administration

Maintain ICU discipline, hygiene, and infection control standards

Requirements:

MBBS/BAMS/BHMS with relevant ICU experience

Strong knowledge of ICU protocols and emergency care

Good decision-making and communication skills

Willing to work in rotational/night shifts
