Reference is made to the tender notice for construction of Kigali Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant published on 18thMay, 2023 in The new times national paper and GTAI;

In accordance with the clause 2.5.15 of KFW procurement guidelines, this notice serves to inform the public that this tender has been cancelled because the price of the responsive bid is substantially higher than the available budget.
