Head Chef

We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations at our burger restaurant in Saudi Arabia - ALBAHA The ideal candidate must have strong experience in grill-style burger kitchens, leadership skills, and a drive for excellence.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow • Specialize in grilling high-quality burgers with consistency and attention to detail • Create and maintain a high-standard burger menu (smash burgers, grilled, etc.) • Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring proper food handling and hygiene • Manage inventory, kitchen supplies, and food cost control • Maintain cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations Requirements: • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Grill Chef in a burger restaurant • Deep understanding of grilling techniques, meat preparation, and burger assembly • Ability to manage a team under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills • Creativity in developing new burger ideas and maintaining quality • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines Please send your resume/CV
