Position Summary:
As the Project Specialist at Jet Aviation, you will be supporting/coordinating with the PM in the administration of project executions. This includes but not limited to scheduling as well as monitoring the aircraft projects and documentation process under the guidance of the
Project Manager, in accordance with the applicable Jet Aviation procedures, Aviation Regulations and customer requirements. Some of the related aspects such as:
• Supporting project documentation and execution
• Supporting daily operation on assigned projects
• Closing project
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in project documentation and execution – working closely with assigned PM
Coordinates with SCM on parts, spares and RMU kit scheduling.
Checks availability and serviceability of all tooling and equipment in conjunction with SCM / Tool store for the defined work scope. (if required)
Raise defects and scope increases to the customer via Additional Work Requests (AWR) thru SAP
Verification of parts pricing from SCM or supplier websites if required
Work closely with SCM to track critical parts required for project
Open work orders in SAP as required
Assist in monitoring assigned project: general progress, planed hours vs budgeted hours, and provide update to PM on regular basis
Ensure that all additional work is quoted in a timely manner
Coordinate with PM to provide customers with regular updates
Work closely together with the billing department and PM releasing down payment, invoices and credit notes (if necessary) as per contract agreement.
Assist PM in coordinating all required paperwork and documentation for the release to service of the AC (Job cards, work report, logbook, etc.)

Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in a functional area or relevant work experience in aviation
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in aviation
Technical knowledge in aviation
Capacity to adapt to a challenging and fast-moving environment, with changing priorities and a dynamic workload
Ability to work under pressure and deal with tight deadlines
Ability to work on several MTX projects simultaneously and to set priorities / taking initiatives
Results driven - able to execute with high personal accountability and without supervision
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English
Computer literate (MS Office, SAP, CMP, CAMP an advantage)
High customer service orientation
Good business and financial acumen
Strong influencing skills, open mindset
Project Management Professional (PMP)® certificate or equivalent (f.e. Prince2, etc...) is strongly recommended
