Position Overview:

We are looking for a Remote Data Entry Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, strong data management skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. This role involves entering, verifying, cleaning, and analyzing data across various platforms. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining the quality of our data systems to support business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases

Perform data quality checks and audits to ensure consistency and integrity

Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies

Compile, analyze, and summarize data for reporting purposes

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data

Collaborate with team members and departments to clarify data needs or issues

Generate and format reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or business intelligence tools

Follow standardized procedures and suggest process improvements where applicable

Required Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a similar administrative/data-focused role

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

Familiarity with data management tools (e.g., Airtable, Notion, Salesforce, or similar platforms)

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Understanding of basic data structures and database terminology

Prior remote work experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
