System Administrator

Job Description

ComResource is looking for a System Administrator.

We need someone to assist in managing cloud and on-prem IT infrastructure, supporting endpoint systems, user access, and overall system health in a hybrid Microsoft environment.

Responsibilities:

Administer Azure environments and Microsoft 365 platforms.

Maintain on-prem infrastructure including Windows Servers, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.

Configure firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.

Implement security practices including MFA, Conditional Access, and device management.

Provide end-user support and manage help desk ticketing and RMM tools.

Oversee hybrid identity and policy management using Group Policy and Intune.

Essentials:

2+ years experience with Azure and Microsoft 365.

2–5 years working with Windows Servers and local infrastructure.

Strong understanding of networking and identity management.

Experience in MSP environments is a plus.

Desired:

Certifications (e.g., CompTIA, MS-102, AZ-104/500, SC-300).

Familiarity with compliance frameworks (CIS, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR, CMMC).
