Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Nurse Matron to lead and supervise the nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and maintain nursing standards across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire nursing team

Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and hospital policies

Monitor patient care and handle escalations

Conduct training, evaluations, and duty allocations

Maintain discipline, hygiene, and infection control standards

Coordinate with doctors, administration, and other departments

Requirements:

GNM/B.Sc Nursing with valid registration

5+ years of nursing experience (including 1-2 years in a supervisory role)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage shifts and emergency situations
