We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting appropriate software solutions, and closing sales deals. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of software products, and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads through inbound and outbound sales activities.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software products and services.
Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical walkthroughs to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, features, and pricing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, customer success) to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Record all sales activities in CRM and provide timely reports to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in software or IT sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Good understanding of software products, SaaS solutions, or technical services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online meeting platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B or enterprise software sales.
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, CRM systems, ERP software, or custom software products.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
