Available Shifts:

1st Shift: 6am - 2:30pm (Mon - Fri)

2nd Shift: 2pm - 10:30pm (Mon - Fri)

3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

Setting up and operating thermoforming machines, including mold changes, material loading, and parameter adjustments.

Monitoring machine performance, cycle times, and product quality, making necessary adjustments to optimize production.

Identifying and resolving mechanical and process-related issues, performing minor repairs, and coordinating with maintenance teams for major issues.

Inspecting finished parts for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards, and implementing corrective actions when needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude, experience with thermoforming machinery, knowledge of plastic materials, and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity and physical coordination.

Ability to closely monitor machine operation, identify subtle variations in product quality, and ensure adherence to specifications.

Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues, make sound decisions under pressure, and implement effective solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
