Cabinet Sales Manager

Location: Columbus, OH

Company: Midway Staffing (On-site at Aline International)

Pay: $18–$20 per hour + Commission

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

About the Role:

Midway Staffing is seeking a motivated and experienced Cabinet Sales Manager to join our client, Aline International, a leading name in the cabinet and furniture industry. This position is perfect for a driven individual with a background in furniture or cabinet sales who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend cabinet solutions

Drive sales and meet or exceed revenue targets

Maintain strong product knowledge of available cabinet lines and features

Prepare quotes, invoices, and process sales orders

Follow up on leads and nurture long-term customer relationships

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Manage showroom inventory and ensure displays are clean and presentable

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ year of furniture or cabinet sales experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with a customer-first attitude

Basic computer skills (Excel, email, sales systems)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
