The Job
Contact suppliers, obtain quotes, negotiate prices and delivery timelines
Manage purchase orders and follow-up deliveries
Assist in inventory record keeping and warehouse coordination
Support budget control and cost monitoring
Prepare procurement reports and maintain vendor databases
Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
SMA/SMK minimum; diploma (D3) preferred
Prior experience in procurement or administrative roles is a plus
Proficient in MS Office and email communication
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic English is an advantage; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia required
