Job Description We are seeking acompassionate, pediatric-trained Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join ourdedicated behavioral health team in Reading, PA.
This full-time opportunityoffers a balanced 4-day work week—three days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and oneextended day from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM—providing both work-life balance andcontinuity of care for patients.
Key Responsibilities: Provide outpatientpsychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and ongoing medication management forchildren and adolescents.Collaborate with amultidisciplinary team including therapists, pediatricians, and support staff.Maintain accuratedocumentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.Engage in care coordinationwith families, schools, and other healthcare providers when appropriate.

Requirements: Master’s or Doctorate inNursing from an accredited institution.Active and unrestrictedPennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license.Board Certification as aPsychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), with pediatric experienceor certification strongly preferred.Minimum of 1-2 years ofclinical experience in child/adolescent psychiatry (new grads with strongpediatric backgrounds may be considered).Excellent communication,documentation, and collaboration skills.
