About the role

The Risk Analyst supports the Performance Guarantee program and the company’s data analytics initiatives by providing accurate, timely and in-depth research and analysis deliverables evaluating the impact our care coordination programs and practices. They present and disseminate results to senior leaders and key stakeholders in operations, sales and account management, as well as external business partners. Their work consists of research, analytics, coding and project management initiatives that help inform the business strategy.

What you’ll do

Support the Performance Guarantee program, including ad hoc analyses and accumulating and reporting of performance results.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement/discovery meetings with business partners and SMEs of all levels.

Enable sales and account management teams with fee proposals, savings estimates, and research-informed narratives and discussion points about Quantum Health’s client impact.

Develop detailed healthcare studies on large client claims database to assist with the determination of the effectiveness of care coordination.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in finance, actuarial science, mathematics, data analysis or equivalent

Preferred: 1-2 years of related experience.

Exceptional project management skills with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.

Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills

Interpersonal skills: strong oral and written communication skills; Ability to work independently and on a team.

Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Snowflake databases.

Prior experience in organizing and analyzing large datasets using database software packages such as Snowflake.

Demonstrated ability to apply analytic approaches to create meaningful and measurable business impact.

Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
