Warehouse Supervisor - Job Description

Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety protocols, supervising warehouse staff, and optimizing workflow to meet productivity and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.

Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.

Maintain accurate records and manage stock levels.

Train, coach, and evaluate team performance.

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams.

Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (3-5yrs) in warehouse operations and supervisory roles.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Familiarity with inventory software and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
